Email address (waitlist). If you join the Rivet waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you about launch and product updates.

Usage data (future). When Rivet launches, we may collect limited usage data (like feature interactions) to improve the product. We don’t intend to collect private content unless explicitly stated.

Health data (future, optional). If you choose to connect Google Fit or Apple Health in the future, we will only access data you explicitly allow, and only to power Rivet features.

• We do not track you across other websites for advertising.
• We do not use your data for targeted ads.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and improve Rivet.
• Communicate launch updates and important product information.
• Understand feature usage in aggregate to make Rivet better.

Waitlist data is stored using trusted third-party infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized team members. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

• when required by law, or
• with trusted service providers strictly for operating Rivet (for example, email delivery).

6. Your Choices

You can request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Children’s Privacy

Rivet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Rivet evolves. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and provide notice where appropriate.
