These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rivet website, waitlist, and any pre-release access. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist or use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Waitlist & Communications

When you join the waitlist, you provide an email address so we can send launch updates and product information. You can request removal at any time by emailing [email protected].

3. Accounts & Pre-Release Access

Rivet is currently in development. If we grant early access, it may be limited, experimental, and subject to change without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the site.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rivet name, logo, and all related content are owned by Rivet or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party services (for example, email delivery or analytics). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any pre-release access are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
